I give Winter Park exchange five stars, Me and my little sister were just driving down E. Colonial Dr. She was really looking for a car for a while, but she was on a very tight budget, especially with the down payment. God directed us here she seen the car she wanted. We asked all the questions that we needed to ask and all of them were answered there was nothing hidden the down payment was perfect. The car payment was perfect. The term was perfect. The interest rate was perfect. The price was perfect. Even the ending price of what she was Financing was perfect. He explained everything and where my sister‘s money went to he also gave us two year warranty, not the basic warranty the exclusionary warranty that covers everything. He also put it in writing what he was gonna fix on the car and that was the middle console , He also filled up the gas tank. He extended the payment 45 days out that way, my sister had time to make her first car payment ,the same way I came in being a straight shooter and letting him know what I wanted he gave us just that. Steven is a great finance manager and the sales person Joe was great as well funny as hell and his customer service was great too. I really want them to be recognized at Winter Park exchange. Thank you so much for everything that you did for my little sister. We will definitely send customers over.

They explained everything in detail on where my little sister‘s money was going too. They even filled her gas tank up gave us the Carfax just was 100% honest they even said that she could come back to fix her Middle car console and they put it on paper!
