I don't know why folks have given these guys a 1-star rating. I guess every company can have a bad day. However, our experience was 5-star worthly! Steve, Cheryl, and especially Joe were very professional, supportive and informative. I always knew my car was on its last legs, so when it came time to get something new, I thought WPAE would be one of the few honest resale car dealers in town. I was right! They gave wonderful service, fast, and even helped cover an alignment repair. I've only had the car 2 days now and have already recommended them to friends. If you want straight shooters who work with you and treat you well, see these guys. Good people are hard to find in Florida...you won't be disappointed with these folks.

I had such a great experience at Winter Park Auto Mall! The salesman who helped us (he wears glasses — I’m so sorry I forgot his name!) was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He showed us several great options and asked thoughtful questions to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. I never felt pressured just supported. The manager, Steve, was absolutely amazing. While this wasn’t my husband’s first time buying a car, it was mine, and Steve made sure I understood every step of the process. He really took the time to guide us so I wouldn’t feel confused or overwhelmed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people make the best decision for themselves and leave feeling confident about what they paid for. He was reassuring, honest, and professional. He even made sure we didn’t leave without letting me know he could pronounce my name correctly (Ailish — Eye-leash), which was such a small but meaningful detail! I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla and it runs beautifully. I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a smooth, trustworthy car-buying experience!
